Adventures in Leatherworking

Below is a chronology of what I call my Adventures in Leatherworking, starting from the first attempt at a concealed carry holster and progressing on to my most current. Feel free to laugh and snicker at my early attempts, because I'll be the first to admit - they aren't exactly the pinnacle of leathercrafting. However, although I haven't built a huge number of holsters, what I see below is marked improvement with each new holster. With each new project, I find myself doing something a little different that usually turns out to be an improvement.

My first try.
Too long, too ugly.

Second attempt.

Third time's the charm?
